Refund Policy

How it works

We want you to feel confident trying FB AutoPilot Studio (PRIME plan). If it doesn't fit your needs, you have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• Applies to your first billing cycle. Renewal charges after the initial period are not covered by this policy — you can cancel anytime before renewal to avoid being charged again.
• Only one refund per customer/account.

How to request a refund

1. Email autopilotstudio9@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase, with the subject line "Refund Request."
2. Include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your account.
3. We'll confirm and process your refund within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to FB AutoPilot Studio is deactivated. Your account configuration, connected pages, and activity logs are retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted.
